Many congratulations to Tom Deegan who will receive the Biochemical Society’s Colworth Medal for 2027. Tom was previously a member of Karim Labib’s group and is now a senior group leader at the MRC Human Genetics Unit in Edinburgh, where he uses biochemical reconstitution and structural biology to study the regulation of the eukaryotic replisome.
